Hardware and Software
The device is powered by MediaTek SoC clocking at 1.25GHz for a smooth ride. The system is also supported by Mali-T720 MP2 and a MediaTek MT6737 processor to deliver smooth performance to users.
The operating system is Android 7.0 Nougat straight from the box with a battery capacity of 3000mAh which is nonremovable and doesn’t support quick charge technology.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE with dual Nano SIM, Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0, and wifi hotspot for wireless connection.
Design
There is nothing really special about this phone in terms of design. It comes with similar features of most budget phones in this category.On the back, the phone is made of plastic which has become the trademark of budget phones. The panel houses a camera accompanied by an LED flash and a fingerprint scanner for security.
You’ll find the Tecno branded logo below the scanner while the dual antenna lines are on the top and bottom of the phone.
It measures 153 x 76.4 x 7.9 mm with the volume rocker and the power buttons slotted on the left side, leaving the right side blank.

Talking about the display, Spark Pro K8 features an average screen size. There are bezels both on the top and bottom with the top housing the selfie camera alongside LED flash while the bottom is where the three navigation buttons are located.
The HD IPS display has a screen size of 5.5-inch with a resolution of 1280 X 720 pixels measuring 267 pixels per inch. The phone is available in Champagne Gold, Red, and Blue colors.
